Life Vests
It's starting to be water sports time and a lot of people take their fuzzy kids with them on vacation or to the lake or beach. If you have a swimming pool it's also important that you make sure your bulldog has a life vest around any deep body of water.
This article features Miss Pasta. She is owned by Erin Monyek. Pasta is almost four months old and is a blue merle French Bulldog. She goes everywhere with Erin and is her new best friend.
She is kept safe with her life jacket. Life jackets provide buoyancy, improve safety and help in emergencies. Even strong swimmers can benefit from the added security and visibility of a life jacket.
According to boating enthusiasts, if a dog fell off a moving boat it wouldn't take long for the boat to be 60 feet ahead of the animal and by that time you wouldn't be able to see it without a colorful life vest. Not wearing a vest is too big a risk to for anyone who might fall overboard. Always wear a bright colored life jacket.
Pasta is also sporting a homemade dew rag to protect her head from sunburn. Please be safe out there this Spring and Summer. Make sure an accident doesn't turn into a tragedy by wearing life jackets. Erin got hers on Amazon. There are lots of different brands and prices for them. The important thing is to use one every time your bulldog is around water above their heads.

"Hi there! I bought my beautiful little Pasta from you guys (and Mile High Bulldogs) a couple of weeks ago. She is amazing! I took her to North Carolina for a few days to meet her daddy, and big brother a 135 pound blood hound, this past week. She went fishing with us on the tandem kayak and I biked all over Topsail Island with her in my front carrier. She has gone to work with me every day too. She is truly my best friend. I could not be happier. I just wanted you to know that she has the most amazing life and I am so excited to keep doing life with her! My husband (Dr. Monyek) is also smitten with her! Thanks again for such and amazing little girl!!!
